History: Reviver started as an implementation of the algorithm that I and Dr.Tamal Dey were working on together for the past couple of years. We were trying to design a single pass crust at IIT Kharagpur. After Dr.Dey left Kharagpur, I started to work on my own on a reconstructor, that I named, Reviver. I implemented Reviver and still plan to work on it. In midst of the development, I moved from IIT Kharagpur to University of NY at Stony Brook and now I'm moving to MPI, Saarbrucken.
